RENTAL BOILER

Rental is mounted on a trailer with complete boiler room components. Description is as follows:

	U.L. Gas train
	Regulator up to 8 psi inlet provided
	Blowdown piping and valves
	Relief valves mounted and piped
	Flame safeguard system
	Control Circuit Transformer
	Small stack
	Pre-piped Steam Header valve (flanged connection)
	480 Volts required

Boiler Feed Unit

	Duplex System (two pumps)
	Make-up feed water valve
	Pre-wired to Pump control on boiler
	480 Volts Required
	Pre-piped feedwater piping from pumps to boiler

Chemical Feed System

	Tank and pump furnished
	Pre-piped to boiler
	120 Volts required

Blowdown Separator

	Connection to boiler blowdown piping required
	After Cooler supplied
	Water line connection required

Responsibilities of Contractor/Owner

	Provide proper chemical treatment of boiler while in operation or out of operation
	Furnish Gas pressure Regulator if pressure exceeds 8 psi
	All Electrical connections to equipment as required
	All Mechanical Connections as required
	All Electrical disconnections as required for Pick-up
	All Mechanical disconnections as required for Pick-up
	Proper maintenance of equipment including daily and monthly recommendations (ie: blowdown, water treatment, etc…)
